The first Sherry Hour of the new academic year will be held this Friday, September 23rd, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., in the penthouse (WJH 1550). Sherry Hour at WJH is a tradition as old as the building. Don't let the name scare you. It's not a bunch of stodgy old men in topcoats swilling sherry and smoking cigars. While we usually have a bottle of the stuff on hand for those who want it (and there are a few), we also offer beer, wine, and other hard and soft drinks, catered appetizers and assorted munchies.
Acoustic rock/folk/blues duo, Willie T & Doctor X (aka Bill Santoro & Michael Higgins) will perform live, outdoors on the plaza next to the Science Center at Harvard University, at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 13th. Sponsored by Harvard Common Spaces. For more information about Common Spaces Events, please visit their website at: http://www.commonspaces.harvard.edu
